Berry Yoghurt Bark

How to Make It

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, whisk the yoghurt, honey, vanilla and salt until combined. Pour the mix onto the baking tray and spread with a spatula until ½ inch thick.

    Scatter the strawberries evenly over the yoghurt mix.

    Freeze for around 4 hours until solid. Cut into pieces are serve.


  • 120g greek yoghurt
  • 120g strawberries, diced
  • 40g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
