Chicken Quesadilla
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine the tomato, onion, coriander and lime in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Place the tortilla on the baking tray and place the chicken and cheese on one half. Fold and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Cut the quesadilla in half and serve with the salsa.
