Apple and Blackberry Porridge

How to Make It

Pour the oats and oat milk into a saucepan with a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and stir continuously.

Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the apple slices, blackberries and honey, then serve.

Ingredients

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 350ml oat milk
  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 50g blackberries
  • 1 tsp honey
