Banana Coconut Yoghurt Pots

How to Make It

Spoon 1 tbsp of yoghurt into 4 glass jars, then add a layer of bananas and top with another tbsp of yoghurt.

Repeat this until the glasses are full. Scatter the sugar and nuts over the top and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500g coconut yoghurt
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 25g pecan nuts, chopped
