Cinnamon Crepes and Banana

How to Make It

    In a bowl, combine the flour and cinnamon. Add the eggs and milk and whisk until smooth.

    Add the oil to a frying pan on medium heat and pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and swirl to make a thin circle.

    Leave to cook for 1-2 minutes, then turn over and cook for a further minute.

    Continue this process until you’ve used all of the batter. Divide the pancakes between two plates and top with the nut butter, banana and raspberries and serve.

Ingredients

  • 75g flour
  • 220ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 140g raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
