Cinnamon, Vanilla and Cranberry Protein Balls

How to Make It

    In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cranberries and cinnamon.

    Next, add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and water. Stir together until it forms a dough-like texture.

    Using a tablespoon, scoop out enough mix to make a 1 inch ball, use your hands to mould into shape. Continue until you have used all of the mixture.

    Serve or keep refrigerated.


  • 90g rolled oats
  • 45g vanilla protein powder
  • 120g smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp water
