Ham, Mushroom and Spinach Frittata

How to Make It

Turn the grill onto its highest heat and pour the oil in an ovenproof frying pan on a medium heat.

Pour the mushrooms into the pan and cook for 2 minutes until soft. Add the ham and spinach and cook for a further 2 minutes until the spinach has wilted.

Bring the pan down to a low heat and pour over the beaten eggs, then season with salt and pepper.

Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes without stirring until they are nearly set. Sprinkle over the cheese and cook under the grill for 2 minutes, then serve.


  • 80g spinach, washed
  • 80g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g ham, diced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 30g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp olive oil
