Orange Bircher

How to Make It

In a bowl, combine the oats, golden linseeds and zest from the orange.

Pour 300ml of boiling water over the mix and leave to cool overnight.

In the morning, stir in the yoghurt and spoon the mixture into two bowls/glasses.

Top with the chopped oranges and blueberries and serve.

Ingredients

  • 70g rolled oats
  • 140g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp golden linseeds
  • Zest ½ orange
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 60g blueberries
