How to Make It
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender then remove from the pan and set aside.
Using the same water, cook the spaghetti for 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside 1 ladle of the pasta water.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir through the prawns and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Add the harissa and lemon zest and stir.
Toss the spaghetti and pasta water through the sauce. Next, add the spaghetti and serve.

- 150g king prawns
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g tenderstem broccoli
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
