Rarebit Muffins

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.

In a bowl, combine both types of flour, bicarbonate of soda and a pink of salt and pepper.

In another bowl, combine the cheese, yoghurt, milk, oil, egg and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring all of the ingredients together and divide between 6 muffin cases in a muffin tin.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve hot or cold.

  • 110g self-raising flour
  • 50g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 75g greek yoghurt
  • 60ml milk
  • 25g plain flour
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
