Roast Red Pepper Bake

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and divide the red pepper sauce between two small ovenproof dishes.

Break the eggs into each dish, bake for 7-10 minutes until the egg whites have set.

Place the ciabatta on a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Rub the garlic clove over the bread and cook for 2 minutes.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper and serve with the ciabatta.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar roasted red pepper sauce
  • 2 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
