Salt and Pepper Sugar Snap Peas

How to Make It

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. In a bowl, toss the peas in olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and cook the peas for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  • Leave to cool, or serve immediately.
