Sesame Chicken Salad

How to Make It

Place the chicken in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the pan to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes.

Whilst the chicken is cooking, mix the sesame oil and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.

Once the chicken has cooked, slice and toss in the dressing along with the tomatoes, carrots and onions.

Place the salad on a plate and top with the chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 140g cherry tomatoes
  • 85g green salad
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
