Spinach and Parmesan Scrambled Eggs

How to Make It

Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined.

Heat the butter in a frying pan on a medium-low heat. Add the spinach and leave to wilt for 2 minutes.

Next, add the eggs and leave to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle over the parmesan and serve.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 20g parmesan cheese, grated
