Strawberry Ice Lollies

How to Make It

  • Put the coconut milk maple syrup vanilla and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture between 8 x 80ml ice lolly moulds, insert lolly sticks and freeze for 4-5 hrs or until firm.
  • To remove the lollies run the moulds briefly under hot water then twist and gently pull them out.
  • Ingredients

    • 400ml coconut milk
    • 50ml maple syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 180g strawberries hulled
