Tropical Overnight Oats

How to Make It

Soak the oats in 150ml of water and cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, spoon half of the oats into a bowl and layer with yoghurt. Add the kiwis and pulp from the passionfruit.

Add the rest of the oats top with the seeds, then serve.

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g coconut yoghurt
  • 2 sliced kiwis
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
