Tuna Pasta Bake
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and cook the rigatoni for the time instructed on the packet.
Whilst the rigatoni is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. After cooking for 1 minute, gradually stir in the milk to make a sauce.
Remove from the heat and stir in most of the cheese.
Drain the pasta and mix with the white sauce, tuna and sweetcorn. Transfer to a baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then serve.
- 200g rigatoni pasta
- 200ml milk
- 110g tinned sweetcorn, drained
- 80g cheddar cheese, grated
- 15g butter
- 15g plain flour
- 1 tin of tuna in spring water, drained
