Veggie Wrap

How to Make It

Mix all of the ingredients except for the tortilla and toss well.

Place all of the filling along one side of the wrap, roll up tightly, cut in half and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 80g red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 courgette, grated
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • ½ tsp english mustard
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
